About the Workshop
This workshop is an introduction to corset making based on a traditional Victorian corset as in the images. The workshop is aimed at people who have some good sewing skills and the goal is for participants to complete or almost complete a corset to take home with them. Gillian will be using a mix of traditional and modern methods. The pattern pieces, calico, boning and materials for making the corsets will be provided at an additional cost which will be finalised soon.
